Psychological aspects make up such a huge factor we're now starting to understand the impacts on physiology like you're talking about. How much time do these athletes actually spend working in all their time is spent expelling energy driving energy into the ground just depleting themselves how much time do they actually spend putting energy back into their body most people if they do it at all it's in the form of food. There's many different ways you can work in your psychology but howmuch time do you spend Putting energy back into your psyche so on game day when you show up you know you can really dig into the well there's no doubt that mental games are very important.
