I rarely make stock any more, to be completely honest. I'm pretty lazy about it. What do you use honestly? Some onion or some leak tops are really nice. And i have a lot of really cool herbs in my garden. So i can, i go out and pick some rose mary and some fresh bay, and i'll put that in,. depending upon what i'm using the stock for.
