The Importance of Awe

I think that you talk about whole metrics stress. I mean, all metrics, just means you actually put a stress on your body, but in a short, shorter term. The one that did strike me was one that I hadn't thought of as reducing stress and that's the one we talked about before - feeling of awe and wonder. And so to me, reading the book and seeing that awe was actually part of what you're prescribing in this stress prescription. That for me was a new revelation. They're very, there's some commonalities of the types of positive stress we put ourselves through mentally and when we put our body through that.
