Do Box Squats With 10 Yard Sprints With Heavy Sled Pushes?

"I don't recommend this usually with contrast training. But back then I did for whatever reason, we did the three weeks pairing the box squats with chains with sprints," he says. "And that's why they all PR'd you excite the CNS." The same guys now do a push sprint with 200 plus percent of their body weight and two to 2.5 times their body weight. Two of the guys took a full 10th off their 10 yard sprint, which is insane in lifting standards.
