We in the UK have the lowest expenditure on food apart from the USA. That's partly because transport is so expensive and housing is so expensive. When people have money, they don't buy very much ultra-processed food. So people don't really want to buy this food. And yet when we can afford not to buy it, almost everyone doesn’t, and we feel better for not buying it.
