Look for companies with financial strength. You can kind of check that out on Crunchbase just by seeing whether the employees have grown or not in the past few months, whether they've maybe let go of a few people. Beyond that, obviously there's personal preferences. I know a lot of people like companies that have raised a nice fat series A or series B,. And then people prefer the startup vibe. Other people kind of prefer like a mid-market kind of company.
