Wendy and Brian talk about how to overcome inner conflict in their lives. Wendy: When we do something wrong or embarrassing, I immediately spike into some disgust and self loathing like what the hell do. Brian: Is there anything I can do to short circuit this cycle and get to perspective and wisdom so that I can see things as they actually are more quickly? Wendy: The way to let go of our difficult emotions is we have to start by accepting them.
