Meditation - Choosing to Stay With the Breath

Sit or lie down, sing your eyes, if that feels comfortable to you. Allow yourself to be just as you are, as best you can. Then shift attention to the feet and contact with whatever is supporting you. Let go of this contact with what's supporting you and coming to the hands. And now choosing whether to stay with the breath, either one place where you feel the breath moving, or whole breath.
