How Meditation Can Help With ADHD

I think that I think that women are being are not being diagnosed because they thought ADHD looked different when we were younger. Life definitely feels like it's got consistently more scheduled over the past decade and a half, which sort of coincides with the advent of social media. Meditation has been a huge pinnacle of my sobriety and well-being in that in just enjoying the moment and not being worried about missing out on things if I'm too tired or fearful of things coming up. It really keeps me taking care of myself in the moment and also helps so much with ADHD.
