This has segued us very neatly into the last portion of our podcast which is that we just wanted to share some like tips and advice. We've kind of mentioned this already but a tip that I feel like I've tried to focus on is just thinking and focusing on like the mental health and physical benefits of working out rather than thinking about how it might change your appearance. The other tip we have is to find a balance when dedicating time and energy to your body so don't let it be the only thing that you're thinking about and letting it consume you.
