How to Multitask Physical Activities

I'm not convinced that we should be attempting to multitask physical activities. I would urge for people to find a time where it feels the most fun. It's important to think of exercise not just as standing on a treadmill or going for a walk, but rather playing tennis or going dancing and even playing the drum. Anything that's going to get your heart rate going and it's going to strain your muscles is going to be good for you.
