People need to feel cared about. Your boss has to care about you. Here's the secret, how to be a hundred percent caring and a hundred % daring. That's secure base leadership. Daring is risk taking. And we have leaders who are too nice. We're sort of following a res cpath here, that nice is not the way to lead. Kindness is kindness and respect is the foundation. But you know, being nice is a kind of lie. You don't use sugar cote, and you don't really say the truth,. as opposed to being kind.
