Jeff: When do you engage in these activities that you're going to take a pause on and what could you replace that with? Jeff: For me, I tend to think about things like drinking really healthy tea or practicing some yoga. And so if you can find family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, other people who would join you and it would help you, this is the chance to do so. Make it social and this will make the month fly by.
