How to Buffer High Degrees of Acidity on the Fly
A lot of people look at the 800 as this anaerobic quote unquote type event or very glycolic type event, which it is. It also has a very high aerobic content as well. What we want to do is teach someone how to buffer really, really high degrees of acidity on the fly and try to either maintain a tempo or increase a pace.
