The Brand Meaning Bit's Most Important
It's brand first, get your brand right, and then use your brand to change behaviour. What does the brand stand for? Getting really, really tight on that. And one kind of cheap, tricky, cheap, trick way to do it is take two concepts that don't necessarily fit together and find some tension between those two things. Just a conversation can be life changing. My personal brand positioning, which we once, we love giving everyone in the agency a brand positioning, just a bit of a joke, but it's mine's enigmatic irritation.
