i think it's fair to say that when we feel the urge to see some one else, we should see someone like a friend. And if it is that connection with friends that we're needing, then we need to schedule things out people. Let your therapis know that this is coming up for you, and this is why you keep pushing your sessions out. It could help guide the next stages of your treatment. i'm very used to being dependent on others for helping me maintain my emotions, oh, emeshment. Now i'm alone all the time. I need to learn to be ok alone.
