Is That the Next Step in Privacy Protection?

I think if people really do care about the privacy, they need to go out of the web browser because the web process is so powerful. So for instance, we're talking about this obfuscation of mouse movements that definitely has to be done outside of the browser. Does that mean potentially at the hardware level? Will I buy a privacy preserving mouse at some point? No, no necessarily hardware, but they operate the system. For mouse movement on any other privacy, there should be something not really equivalent, but something that is easy for the user to modify.
