Many companies are setting up bonuses based on improving the score. That doesn't say that the score actually improved the quality of the products, it just says that the executives are smart enough to to game the system. So this is the true essence of the of the problem that we've we've got in many countries hierarchical management systems which are number obsessed. And there is no incentives and no interest in anything genuine.
