Is Vertical Jumping a Great Way to Improve Powerlifting?

Weightlifting is an explosive movement with relatively lighter loads. If you're going to train powerlifting explosiveness, jumping up is one of the ways to do it. I think traditional bodybuilding training is very good for them. The needs to stop or go to TRT because your nuts are gone anyway. It's kind of sweet to be able to jump onto a five foot box and get blow jobs from people. That's how it works.
