Do You Know if You're on the Fence?

It's so important that people set a framework around alcohol, even if they have no history of ediction. Two drinks earlier in the day will have less impact than one drink later in the evening. If you're on the fence, yourly ccanda, tot a little oe, probably don't drink that much. Take two weeks off, 14 days no alcohol, note how you feel. And we have a symptom score in the book that you can take your symptoms at the beginning and get a helth score. Do it before and after. It can be really instructive.
