Symptoms of Muscle Strains and Tendon Injury

If you have a muscle strain, pain should be less than four out of ten. Symptoms are more likely observed during and immediately after loading. You could do squats or dead lifts to load up your tendon in rehab. Give yourself the green light if it's below those particular numbers. And make sure that it doesn't get worse throughout the set.
