I've Restructured How I'm Approaching My Training
When his mental health took a bit of a turn, i lost sight of that a little bit. We go through ebbs and flows of good mental health and bad mental health. And when it's good, we should try and do a lot of things that we know a good us. When it's bad, there's certain things that we can implement slowly to bring us back. I've re structured the few things around the house to get the best out of the things i know ere wearing me down. And now everything feels a lot simpler.
