The Importance of Better Mental Health
Vermont Sen. Patrick Leahy is working on legislation to improve mental health in the state. She's introduced a grant program so that schools and community organizations can apply for grants to pay for mental first aid training. A bipartisan bill, she says, would also address social media use by kids and teens.
