The Role of Creatine in Muscle Performance

creatine continues to be one of those supplements that can enhance a variety of different tissues within the body. So it's not just impacting muscle performance, but it can impact a variety of other tissues. There was a study in rugby players where they showed an increased conversion of testosterone to dihydro testosterone or DHT. And DHT has been linked to male pattern baldness. Maybe we need to kind of expand our research area and look at creatine and hair loss.
