Jones: I look at both qualitative and quantitative on a quantitative lens. NPS scores are something we can easily, you know, measure across other people in the industry. And it's still early, but I feel like we get so much of the reviews and feedback we get are mentioning what they had with us. But that's on the qualitative side how I would judge my own successor.
