How to Get Rid of Locomotion Sickness

The minimum refresh rate for video games is 60. Anything lower than that can cause motion sickness, or 'motion sinkness' People get sick because their eyes cannot atrack fast enough to keep up with the speed of a game. If you have static in your periphery such as a consolo and steering wheel, it doesn't matter how much screen refreshes there are. That's why so many people are doubling down on car simulators like "Star Wars" The low refresh rates also help make space simulations look more realistic by rendering them from far away.
