How Do Senior Leaders Manage Their Energy?
Do you think there is any difference for energy management when it comes to senior leaders or individual contributors? That's a really good question. The principles are the same, but the application is different. So managers may be by default have to manage their energy differently because they find themselves in lots of meetings back to back. I see these sort of pushing back to find that deep focus time that they need for themselves and to sort of reduce interruptions.
