Differential Diagnoses for Pulmonary Renal Syndrome
Pulmonary renal syndrome is a term used to describe a complication of a group of diseases that primarily present with respiratory failure and renal failure together. Lupus, catastrophic antifossilitis or polypid antibody syndrome commonly known as CAHPS can cause an embolic phenomenon. Almost any other small vasculitis can affect these two organs which would manifest again as a pulmonary renal syndrome.
