Is Resistance Exercise Really Good for Weight Loss?
Resistance exercise is a good way of getting some of the health benefits, yesits tim efficient and can be doing time efficiently if you're pushed for time. But unde sa, it's not very good for weight los but for burning fat. We really need to start not, notbe forgetting about just building out an erobic basin and actually getting enough movement in. It'sas innteresting that just the amount of movement tht we get to day is sort of a better predictor of maintaining a weight than than that, you know, half an hour in the gym, if you will.
