If there's something that you actually want to try out or you want to dive into, even if it's not popular at the time or it's not trendy or it just seems different, just don't think about it. Just go into it, allow yourself to get good, give yourself the time, and it'll be yield some type of fruit over time. It might make you feel good about yourself. You start to build momentum. And now you're the guy that runs 20 miles a day because you develop these habits. Andrew, do you beat yourself up at Jiu Jitsu on certain days anymore? Yes.
