How to Ask for More Money

People are willing to essentially give us more money than we would think that they would be willing to give us. So my piece of advice when it comes to that is not always asked for more, but instead, it's assume that this person's default is to say yes to you. That's the most effective way to manage that. But if you start from this assumption, assumes that they're going to say yes, mentally knowing they'regoing to say yes. Now, what do you want to ask for?
