This morning I was in my therapy with my DBT. And he is the, he is doing maybe a little bit of this DBT because he gives you feedback. The trick is to focus outward. You focus on the other people. You focus about yourself instead of focusing outward. How do I look? How do I feel? It was that comment that I made too much. Did I laugh too loud? Can you see my cellulite through my pants?
