Is There a Difference in Identity?
i can't help but think how that workplace would have been better if all the differences hadd been valued as useful in making not only the factory better, but bringing more points of view to the work. Yes, i've noticed that a lot in the corporate world, and it may be true in academia too, is that they want the divisible diversity. And ignoring these differences means ignoring part of our identity.
