Is It Harder Than People Think?
i like the, i guess you clarified here. There's these domains where some of those low hanging fruit, practical, simple data answers, if that stuff can be out of the way, and when a person's on the phone, they're handling things that only really a person can do. I think it's a nice rule of thumb that you use. So i appreciate your clarity there. And it feels almost like conversation is the same utill five or six years ago, when we were writing articles about this domain,. Just like self driving cars, it was a kind of gargantuan overt kind of blooming optimism. But, but it's harder than people think.
