I think that might fall into that camp of drinking too much water, with not enough salt. I'd say maybe 1% of the athletes are really dialed in. Not very many people are. They put it as an X factor, and they'll try to catch up. Just the same as almost all nutrition,. There's so many myths out there, and people are trying to figure out what works for them.
