The Best Restaurant Award, Is It Really Worth It?

I think for me, some more specificity in these awards would be nice too. I mean, if it's not for profit, why can't they give money to the winners of the award? Just make voting transparent. You don't want to see the see. Why not? For something that's so instrumental for chefs and the culinary profession, why not make voting transparent?
