I've Never Lifted Crossfot, but It Was Fun.

When you can squat nearly 500 pounds and your snatch is less than 200 pounds, that's called being a bad olympic lifter. I was literally dead lifting once every three weeks, like from the floor, regular or whatever. The stuff i couldn't do very well, i saw quite frequently. And the stuff i was really good at, i almost never saw. Unles it was like a maintenance session, just to make your hadin decay and like wither away.
