Headspace is, as I mentioned, a tool that historically was about meditation and mindfulness. People aren't hiring us so that they can learn to meditate. They often learn tomeditate so that they could feel less anxious or be happier. So defining what those core purposes are, and then coming up with the right sets of measures to ensure that you're actually delivering on that core promise has been key for Headspace.
