How to Build a Customer Data Base Using Slack
The easiest place to start is just asking questions of the customers who have shown to be loyal to you. We're very a hesitant to reach out and ask for information from people, because we feel like we wouldn't like it if people did that to us. But these are our best customers who've shown a proclivity to order from us. And why not just ask? i think you'll be really, really surprised at how quickly or easily a customer who's a customer yours is willing to give you some information.
