How to Create Friction at the North Face
The first step is journey mapping the second step is let's find the pivotal moments identify them then within that identify one or two moments you're going to double down on. I think of it as sort of a blank canvas. How do you paint in all the good friction? We have a simple mnemonic called embrace. So think about opportunities to create engagement right. Is there a ways where you know what there's a little more back and forth. Okay, well that's interesting. There's alittle more storytelling. A little more gamification. Right. What you might walk out with the $2,000 jackets and three to four other things. Love it. That's brilliant.
