Frida Ghitis: We're often taught in our culture to deal with anger by letting it out, giving them hell. She says that's not helpful; we should also acknowledge the feelings and work on helping them fade away. Ghitis: Spiritual bypassing is sort of a kind of an ill will towards ourself. "I don't like that part of me. So I'm going to pretend it doesn't exist," she says.
