De-exercises. So probably the biggest one is training the opposite movement. Your big toe is squishing into your other toes. You want to actually train the big toes ability to splay away from the other toes. If you've got a visual cue it can really help to have something to aim for otherwise your brain doesn't really get it. And as a collective we have a job of that and like to change that as an overall.
