Retainer Base: A Different Model
With the agency, like on the team I run, 40% of our clients do between 1 to 10 million. 60% of our business does 10 million plus. So majority of our people do North Bay figures. Crazy, crazy. And what is a retainer base? Is it revenue share based off of the email attribution or what's the business model there? Yeah, it's interesting. It's a weird team from a different model.
