How Do You Hold Yourself Accountable?
On day one for 2P, I've built an org chart. So I got a spreadsheet and I thought about all the departments you need in a business like ours. And then I put myself and do the things I really wanted to do. The rule is 80% as well as you can do, let it go. If someone can do something, if they're good at it, don't stop them from doing it. It's such a gift getting to work with these seven people who bring so many different strengths to the business that I have.
