How to Do a Faster Ride in the Morning
Every double day session is a carb manipulation uh day or are there dairies where they have a higher carb lunch and they're taking in more than 20 grams an hour in that second session yeah we would vary it so with the indoor blocks normally i would aim for 10 days with one day off so we're looking at nine days out of the 10 but in a 10 day period we're doing nine very good sessions like that. There's some confusion misconception about faster as opposed to low carbs and it's just a point to raise area that if you want to do a faster ride in the morning try and go low carbs for your your evening meal the previous night to then really make it a proper
