i spent a lot of time attempting to figure out how to, a, just deal with what was going on internally. So i got very involved in meditation and a bunch of different traditions from there. Once you find pain relief in a while, this really works. It's not getting around. I'm not imagining that i feel much better. But it really made up my earliest childhood a scene of obviously painful, difficult, terrifying, upsetting stuff all the time.
