How to Get in Shape for Training Camp
Every summer, football guys, especially the lineman, would complain as the training camp approached. So I was doing what's now referred to as high resistance intervals. Our main kind of conditioning workout was 10 to 15 yards sled repeats. And that year, every single one of them said it was the best they'd ever felt at training camp.
