This is a reflection of the four foundations of mindfulness, one fact, which you find in Therambada, in Zen and Tibetan Buddhist approach. So it's pretty universal for lack of a better word as a practice development. It's not something to be thought of as a kind of certain succession of practice, expertise stages.
