How to Attract the Best Talent to a Firm
Paternity leave, wine tastings and holidays are just a few of the perks offered by trading firms. The thing that drives most people when they get some experience ultimately is going to be fair compensation. I find that the really successful traders would much rather have clear cut, you know, cast nine formula of that trading profits than all the other perks on the side, right? That being said, those perks are nice.
