Healthcare Innovation - What Are the Circles in the Venn Diagram?
I didn't have a background in healthcare until the company before this, where I was at about three years. But my experience at this last company really opened my eyes to how broken the system was. We're wasting about a trillion dollars a year in healthcare in the U.S., which is NASA's budget since inception. That's every year it's wasted. And we're not getting a good deal either, right? It's 20% of GDP and it's half as good as a lot of other modern economies.
